Plastic pallets Because of the high demands from the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, as well as the HACCP-regulations there is a big need for an hygienic pallet with a very high quality.
So we supply plastic pallets with a very high loading capacity of which the deck, the top side as well as the bottom side is completely smooth without corners, holes, ribs or crevices.

The pallets are available in two current dimensions:

    - 120 x 100 cm with a dynamic
      loading capacity of 1500 kg.
    - 120 x 80 cm with a dynamic
      loading capacity of 1200 kg.
Specification:
    - Material : beige HDPE, other
      colours on request.
    - Resistance : against UV and all
      current ;detergents and
      chemicals.
    - Temperature : -40º till +80ºC.
Characteristics:
    - Very robust and strong
      execution.
    - Standard with rims against
      slipping of the load.
    - Very quick, thorough and
      simple cleaning.
    - Suitable for forklift and hand
      pallet trucks .
    - Completely recyclable.
    - Very long lifetime.
    - Available with extra rubbery
      anti slip spots.
As a standard the pallets will be supplied of virgin HDPE. However, it is possible to supply pallets made of partly recycled HDPE.

 

 
If you are participating in pallet pools together with your customers or suppliers we can supply you with different qualities. To palletise steel or plastic 200-L drums there are special drum pallets available in one-trip and in more-trip varieties.
